“In 1945, Wittgenstein wrote in the preface to his book ‘Philosophische Untersuchungen’: ‘… The remarks in this book are like a series of landscape sketches that emerged during these long and intricate journeys…’ So, it’s not truly a landscape but rather a collection of thoughts translated into imagery. Over time, as this piece unfolds, words and texts become increasingly separate and even challenging to grasp, much like our language, which gradually dissolves, and its meaning undergoes transformation. The language and texts morph into various forms of imagery, such as the metaphor of the beetle in the book, serving as the raw material for sound and timbre. The composition is crafted with a contemporary perspective. For instance, the electronic music component readily evokes ‘cyberpunk’ and reflects on the interplay between language and society. Therefore, this piece, from a human vantage point, delves into and observes the nexus between sound and imagery, culminating in a sensory auditory experience.”
